Throughout the consultation, our team thoroughly examines the practical and aesthetic requirements of your outdoor space, considering lifestyle preferences, functionality, and budget expectations.

A design proposal will then be developed and sent to you detailing next steps. To complete the concept design, we may need plans and surveys from you, your architects or builders. We liaise directly with third parties, to make it effortless for you.

Once you accept the proposal, our work on the concept will begin. When your concept design is finished it is delivered via a basic 2D plan and 3D render. You can also select an optional 3D walkthrough of the finished space, which allows you to see the design by daylight and evening light. It gives you the opportunity for clarification, expansion or further exploratory work. 

A preliminary costing for the installation of your space can also be provided at this stage.

After you confirm the concept, the specification and construction details are prepared and presented alongside working drawings, for your approval. All construction elements such as pools, decks, pergolas and outdoor kitchens are documented with detailed drawings and specifications. Lighting, planting and finishing schedules are comprehensively outlined.

All necessary documentation is finalised and submitted to the relevant authorities and councils.

Once the design stage is complete, we provide a final quote and prepare the contracts for signing. Once signed, you’ll have the peace of mind that the fixed-price contract is only subject to variations based on changes you choose to make throughout the build.

We coordinate engineering, permits, building surveyors and all third party consultants required to realise the project plan.

Once all documentation is finalised and submitted to the relevant authorities and councils, we create a detailed work schedule. From preparation of a timeline to a Gantt chart, we spend several days project planning to ensure delivery on budget and on time.
